Christopher Barsness serves as Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Barsness has represented business and individuals in a wide variety of transactional matters. He works primarily in business, corporate, and real estate law. Mr. Barsness has worked as general counsel for several publicly traded companies which has given him a unique insight into the real world needs of businesses. In addition, he has worked for law firms in the areas of business, contracts, employment, real estate, and securities law. Although he focuses primarily on transactional matters, Mr. Barsness has also successfully litigated cases involving contracts, real estate, and employment issues.
